Director of health Services (FW) Assam/ DHSFW, Assam has announced the results of OMR written test/ examination for the recruitment of 254 posts of Grade III & Grade-IV posts, in the establishment of Directorate of Health Services(FW), Assam 2018-19. The OMR examination was held on 8th September 2019.

This is for information of all concerned that the candidates with following Roll Numbers are selected for the Grade IV posts under the establishment of Directorate of Health Services (FW), Assam, against the Advertisement No. Janasanyog/DF/287 1/18, Dated. 02/11/2018 and Corrigendum No. HSFW/Esstt/13/Pv/20 13/8822 dated 02/11/2018 and HSF W/Esstt/13/Pt/2013/8892 dated 16/11/2018.
The candidates are directed to appear for document verification at the Office of the Principal, Health & Family Welfare Training Centre, Sixmile. Khanapara, Guwahati-22 on 28-01-2020 at 10 AM with relevant documents. Please bring your Original Admit Card.This selection is provisional and subject to document verification. If any candidate is found to be not eligible as per advertisement on document verification or during at any point of time afterwards his/her candidature will be cancelled. If any vacancy arises due to such cancellation during document verification the Selection Committee reserves the right to publish a supplementary/list in order of
merit for filling up the vacancies.
