College of Fisheries,  AAU, Raha has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 8 SRF (Senior Research Fellow) and PA (Project Assistant) posts under project entitled “Scientific Conservation Programme for Indigenous Fish (SCopIF)’.

1. SRF (Senior Research Fellow)
No of posts: 5

Educational Qualification:

– M.F.Sc. in Fisheries Resource Management, Fish Nutrition, Fish Genetics and Biotechnology, Aquatic Environment Management.
OR
M.Sc. in Zoology with specialization in Fisheries/M. Sc. in Life Sciences with specialization in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology.
– M.F.Sc. in any discipline.
OR
M.Sc. in Zoology with specialization in Fisheries/M. Sc. in Life Sciences with specialization in Fish breeding, culture and reproductive biology.

2. PA (Project Assistant)
No of posts: 3

Educational Qualification: B.F. Sc./8.V. Sc./B. S c. (Agriculture and allied)/B.Sc.

Application Fee: Candidates have to deposit an IPO of Rs. 50.00 (Rupees Fifty Only)/ Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty Five Only) for SC/ST candidates, drawn in favour of the Comptroller, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat-785103 at the time of interview.

How to apply: Interested candidates with requisite qualifications are invited to appear for the walk-in-interview. The candidates need to submit a biodata in standard form of application with all original and one set of self attested copy of testimonials/certificates at the time of interview.
